Dr. Irvin Singh Dua is the founder and owner of OSL, Dental Devices & Supplies (India), and JoyEndo, with extensive experience in the development and global supply of dental and orthodontic products. Through OSL, he has built a strong international presence, supplying dental and orthodontic products directly to customers across global markets.

A key philosophy behind the creation of OSLdental.com is to eliminate unnecessary distributor and dealer layers, ensuring that dental professionals and end users receive direct access to high-quality products at fair and transparent pricing. This direct-to-customer approach allows significant cost savings to be passed on to clinicians without compromising on quality.

Having pursued higher education in the United Kingdom and spent several years there, Dr. Dua returned to India in 2017 with a clear vision: to develop world-class dental products that combine advanced material science, precision manufacturing, consistent performance, and affordability.

A significant part of his product-development journey has been the opportunity to work closely with internationally renowned metallurgical expert Dr. Farrokh Farzin-Nia, whose pioneering work includes more than 370 patents. This association has strengthened Dr. Dua's understanding of metallurgy, material behaviour, heat treatment, and the development of advanced metals and alloys for dental applications.

With a strong understanding of dental products from both clinical and metallurgical perspectives, Dr. Dua remains personally involved in research, material selection, product development, and quality improvement. He continuously works on new metals, alloys, and manufacturing technologies to develop next-generation dental and orthodontic products.

Under his leadership, OSL and Dental Devices & Supplies (India) have focused on delivering high-quality orthodontic pliers, instruments, and other dental products with particular emphasis on precision, durability, reliability, and batch-to-batch consistency.
