Our warranty reflects our confidence in the quality of our instruments. However, the warranty does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from:
- Improper use, handling or storage
- Accidental or physical damage
- Use of the instrument for purposes other than those for which it was designed
- Cutting or manipulating wires/materials beyond the instrument’s specified or recommended capacity
- Improper cleaning, disinfection or sterilisation
- Failure to dry instruments thoroughly before sterilisation or storage
- Use of inappropriate, corrosive or highly acidic/alkaline cleaning agents
- Inadequate lubrication or maintenance of joints and moving parts
- Corrosion, staining or surface deterioration resulting from improper care
- Normal wear and tear associated with routine clinical use
To maintain precision, cutting efficiency and instrument life, always follow the recommended cleaning, sterilisation, drying, lubrication and maintenance instructions supplied with the instrument.
