We deliver to serviceable postal codes across India. Enter your delivery postal code on a product page or during checkout to see current availability and the estimated delivery date before placing an order.

Some products or destinations may be unavailable because of courier coverage, product-handling requirements, legal restrictions, or temporary operational limitations.

The applicable shipping charge is calculated from the destination, cart value, product weight or handling requirements, and active shipping offers. The exact charge—or free-shipping eligibility—is displayed in the cart and checkout before payment. No undisclosed shipping charge is added after an order is placed.

• The estimated delivery date shown at checkout begins after order and payment confirmation.
• Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.
• Sundays, public holidays, remote-area service, weather, regulatory checks, and courier disruptions may affect the estimate.
• For prepaid orders, dispatch begins after successful payment verification. COD availability is shown at checkout where supported.

Once a shipment is created, its tracking information is made available under My Orders and may also be sent through the contact channels associated with your order. Tracking can take several hours to update after courier pickup.

If a package appears damaged, incomplete, incorrectly delivered, or marked delivered but not received, contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs where applicable. Eligibility for return, replacement, or refund is governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy.
