How to Initiate a Return

Step 1
Login & Request
Go to My Orders, select your order, and click 'Return Item'. Choose the reason and upload photos if the item is damaged.

Approval (within 24 hrs)
Our team reviews your request. You'll receive an email/SMS with approval or follow-up questions.

Step 3
Schedule Pickup
Once approved, schedule a free pickup slot (metro cities) or drop it at the nearest courier partner.

Step 4
Quality Check
Returned items undergo a quick inspection at our warehouse within 2 business days of receipt.

Step 5
Refund or Replacement
Post QC, choose between a full refund or a replacement shipment dispatched same day.

Return Packaging Guidelines
  • Pack items securely in the original manufacturer packaging. Use bubble wrap for fragile items.
  • Include a printed copy of your Return ID (sent via email after approval) inside the package.
  • Do not write or affix labels directly on product packaging — use outer packaging only.
  • For equipment (handpieces, curing lights), include all accessories originally shipped with the product.
  • Items returned without proper packaging that arrive damaged will not be eligible for full refund.

Exchange Policy

Instead of a refund, you can opt for an exchange for a product of equal or higher value. Exchanges are processed the same day the returned item passes quality inspection at our warehouse. For higher-value exchanges, the difference is invoiced separately.
