Terms of Use

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this platform.
• DentalKart Pro is a B2B platform intended for registered dental professionals, dental clinics, hospitals, dental colleges, and authorised distributors.
• By registering, you confirm that you are a licensed dental professional or an authorised representative of a dental practice or institution.
• We reserve the right to verify credentials and suspend accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with third parties.
• All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately at security@dentalkartpro.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.
• Each clinic/institution may register one primary account. Multiple accounts for the same entity are not permitted without prior written approval.

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase subject to acceptance by DentalKart Pro. Order confirmation emails do not constitute final acceptance.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity, with full refund.
• Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided in good faith but may vary slightly from the actual product.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Promotional pricing and discount codes are subject to terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

• Reselling products purchased on DentalKart Pro to non-dental end consumers without authorisation.
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or checkout.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the platform.
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, access restricted areas, or interfere with platform infrastructure.
• Purchasing products for commercial resale in grey markets or outside authorised channels.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud or falsely claiming non-delivery or damage.

All content on DentalKart Pro — including but not limited to logos, product descriptions, images, UI design, software, and data — is the exclusive property of DentalKart Pro Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

DentalKart Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We encourage resolution through our customer support team before resorting to legal proceedings.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 15 days in advance.
